At Trophy India, we are committed to delivering your trophies and awards safely and on time. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully before placing your order.
Customized Orders:
Orders that require engraving or personalization typically take 2–5 business days to process before dispatch.
Standard Products:
Non-customized items are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
We partner with reliable courier services for secure and timely delivery across India.
Standard Delivery:
3–7 business days (depending on location)
Express Delivery:
1–3 business days (available in select cities with extra charges)
Note: Delivery times may vary based on location, product type, and courier service availability.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight/size.
Free shipping may be available for bulk orders or during special promotions.
We currently deliver across most cities and towns in India. If your area is not serviceable, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier details so you can monitor the delivery status.
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, transport strikes, courier issues). Trophy India is not liable for delays once the product has been handed over to the courier.
If your order arrives damaged:
Do not accept the package if it appears tampered with or heavily damaged.
If accepted, take photos of the package and product immediately.
Contact us within 48 hours at contact@trophyindia.in to report the issue.
We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
