At Trophy India, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every order. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.

Cancellation Policy

Customized Orders:
Once an order with custom engraving or design has been confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Non-Customized Orders:
For standard items (without personalization), cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after this period may not be possible if processing has begun.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Incorrect Product Delivered:
If you receive the wrong product, we will offer a replacement or full refund once the error is verified.

Non-Refundable Items:
Customized or engraved trophies are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect due to our mistake.

Minor design or color variations may occur due to screen display differences and are not considered defects.

Return Process

To request a return or refund:

Email us at info@trophyindia.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Include your order number, reason for return, and supporting images.

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

If approved, we will issue a refund or arrange for a replacement.

Note: Items must be unused and returned in original packaging if requested.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. The time it takes to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
